Eric Whitaker’s Virtual Choir

When I seen this video I was amazed. I had wanted to be number 186 memeber in the chior. I am a musician myself, when I heard this I was arranging music in my head, possibily a remix, maybe a little funk, James Brown, with side of Steve Wonder. I am still pondering my head how did they do it, so I can experiment with some of the music I arrange.

ERIC WHITAKER'S VIRTUAL CHOIR

Lost Generation

I agree with her messenger, but I dislike the presentation. It was not capturing. I Lost interest from the begining. I though it was a picture going out. The words was two small, and too many. The author was very depressing in the begining. If this was not my assignment, I would have ended it from the begining.

I think it would be better if they had pictures with emotion, and other things that could have had a dramtic effect. The message was to long, and to dry. To summary they should have just K.I.S.S. kept it (sweet & simple)

Don’t teach your kids this stuff. Please?

Dr. McLeod, I am taken this Class for Dr. Strange at University of South Alabama. I will have to disagree with your post. There are some level of truths in your post, but in today’s time Technology is part of the world we live in. For those people that do not learn to use technology, they will be left behind. I am example of this. I am having difficulty with this class being online, because I was not taught to use technology.

The iSchool Initiative

I personally do not think it is a good idea for the ISchool Initiative.
One reason is that students will not be able to interact with other cultures and students. The other issues some people like hand on experience. I think it is important to have teacher with the students because they help develope the mind of the students. Also the student is able to ask question and recieve answer right then before they forget.

Another reason is that student also play a part in the role of learning. For example student help other student excel in there studies with competing for the highest scores. Also students learn from one another. Classes taught in person teaches the student life experience and dealing with life issues. One example of this is dealing with problem students, and respecting authority figures. The Ischool is a great idea for cost saving, but it lacks life skills that they would recieve at a regular school.
